New Zealand-based manufacturer, Fisher & Paykel has launched a Professional Companion Series of kitchen products. The three-SKU offered includes a speed oven, a combination steam oven and a built-in coffee maker that is easy to install individually, stacked in a grid or next to each other.
Designed to be like a Professional-style kitchen, the stainless steel trio features glass details that offer a more diverse scope of choice.
“30” Speed Oven
The 30-inch speed oven combines the microwave power with convection technology for a great culinary experience. The touch display is intuitive and the Speed Oven allows users the flexibility to cook by food type, recipe or function. The unit has a fully stainless-steel interior and formed side rakes and offers 1.3 cubic feet of capacity for quick cleanups.
30” Combination Steam Oven
The similarly 1.3 cu ft. capacity of the Combination Steam Oven features nine cooking options and the technology allows users to cook by food type, function or recipe to prepare steam-heated meals that retain up to 50 percent more nutrients than other heat sources. The oven includes a drop-down water tank located behind the tech panel for easy refilling (no water line needed).
30” Coffee Maker
To compliment the ovens they offer a 30-inch built-in coffee maker featuring 13 brew settings, a conical burr grinder and twin LED lights to illuminate the fresh java. The touch display features refill, cleaning, and maintenance data.
To complete the Fisher & Paykel Professional package, they also offer a 24” and 30” Vacuum and Warming Drawers to elevate any home chef experience.
