Another element that they are benefiting from is customer care. BSH also has 15,000 BSH service technicians, largest consumer service operation that has been working 24/7 which has proven to be a competitive advantage. Strong consumer service has helped them with the delivery, installation and repairs.

While supply shortage and consumer demand being a problem it isn’t for BSH is doing comparably well. They currently have production in 38 countries and can manage production an easier.

They have been prioritizing, changing and adapting during Covid to ensure closer collaboration.  One example of this is the company is pre booking volume orders for the next year and beyond.  Having leader ship that thinks long term put them BSH a strong position to overcome the challenges of the global pandemic.
