Thumbtack, a local services marketplace, is partnering with Workiz, a field service management and communication provider, that will help home service professionals find and grow their business.

Thumbtack wanted to create seamless experiences, streamline and grow their business while helping homeowners get more done and recently announced their partnership with Workiz that combines tools to manage businesses from end to end. This new partnership will help Thumbtack service pros across the county grow and scale their businesses more efficiently and seamlessly.

When you need to hire someone – a landscaper, a DJ, anyone – Thumbtack finds them for you for free. They are the leading local service marketplace that helps customers find and hire skilled professionals. Their app matches customers to local electricians, landscapers, photographers with availability, expertise and pricing. The site analyzes millions of bids from their database of professionals to see what things really cost.

In 2021 automation is key initiative for many business owners like Thumbtack. 

Traditionally to add a variety of features to an existing platform is time consumer and a costly technology investment. By partnering with Workiz, Thumbtack will be able to take full control of calls, scheduling, dispatching, estimates, invoices and reports, in one place. This not only will enable business owners to track and monitor every job they can also manage all communications between technicians, dispatchers and clients in the app.

It also includes features to integrate Quickbooks, Google, Zoom, MailChimp, and Gusto with Thumbtack.
