Today’s Home Chefs Want Steam Ovens to Cook Healthier

Home chefs are seeking steam ovens which combine tradition baking with steam to easily cook healthy and quality food.

Steam cooking doesn’t require many seasonings because it preserves color, nutrients and texture of food. Fulgor Milano latest innovation is the multifunction oven that features 6 steam cooking modes, 11 programs and 9 special functions. The water tank has a capacity of 1.5 liters and the steam temperature is reached within 5 minutes. The oven guarantees 3 hours for steam cooking at 100°C without having to top up the water. When necessary to add water, opening of the water tank door is automatic.

The new oven is A++ energy efficiency and equipped with touch controls. It allows steam cooking, sous vide, combined steam cooking and the regeneration of food already cooked through steam. A plus is the Pizza function, thanks to which the Atmos oven reaches up to 290°C to ensure a perfect cooking.

The oven also includes Automatic Cooking with the possibility of memorizing 50 programs and the EasyCook function allows for cooking suggestions divided by eating styles.

The steam oven large dimensions makes it is possible to cook two dishes on the same shelf with V-Zug Combi Steamer V6000 Grand oven. It has stainless steel cooking compartment, double fan, temperature/humidity climate sensors and a customizable touch display.

The combination of steam and heat enhance the natural flavor of food and maintains the qualities of food, especially vegetables and grains. The steam also allows for tasty results for meat and fish too.
